- Academic Qualification (Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Experience (Relevant working experience in administrative or accounting roles preferred, familiarity with basic accounting procedures and office operations
- Skills & Competencies (Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Autocount or UBS)
- Other Requirements (Able to work independently with minimal supervision)
- Proficient in spoken Malay and Chinese
- Handle general office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping systems
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries
- Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, receipt, and other related document
- Handle daily data entry for sales, purchases, and expenses
- Perform basic bookkeeping and update accounting records
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Assist with preparation and processing of monthly payroll
- Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB)
- Handle pay slip distribution and related documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information
- Work closely with the accounts and the team
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
- Support other departments if needed
