With a strong local presence and trusted reputation, we partner closely with contractors, developers, and design professionals to support diverse commercial and residential projects.About the JobThis role is key to driving project sales and business growth in the northern region, covering Penang, Kedah, Perlis, and Perak. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams to secure new business and strengthen the company's market presence.Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop business opportunities in the project sales segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and quantity surveyors
  • Manage the sales funnel and track each stage of the customer journey
  • Deliver presentations and propose tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Achieve sales targets and implement corrective actions where required
  • Provide timely sales reports and updates to management
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service
  • Address and resolve site-related issues in collaboration with clients and internal teams
Skills & Experience Required
  • Diploma or Degree in any field of study
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B project sales, preferably in construction or related industries
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals effectively
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within the northern region
