- Identify and develop business opportunities in the project sales segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and quantity surveyors
- Manage the sales funnel and track each stage of the customer journey
- Deliver presentations and propose tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Achieve sales targets and implement corrective actions where required
- Provide timely sales reports and updates to management
- Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service
- Address and resolve site-related issues in collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Diploma or Degree in any field of study
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B project sales, preferably in construction or related industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals effectively
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within the northern region
