
Assistant Accountant

- Process invoices, payments, and daily cash book entries.
- Generate billing for production and projects.
- Handle collections and liaise with customers.
- Maintain fixed asset register and perform monthly journals.
- Analyze costs and support standard cost revisions.
- Perform reconciliations and monthly expense analysis.
- Coordinate LMW reports, stock take, and audits.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
- Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or Finance.
- Diploma holders considered with equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Prior accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
- Meticulous, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines independently.
- Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
- ERP system knowledge preferred (e.g., SAP, IFS).
