Job Description Project Execution: Support or lead small-to-medium scale strategic HR projects Dashboarding: Develop, maintain, and automate operational HR dashboards to visualize key workforce metrics and provide leadership with clear, data-driven insights Workforce & Cost Analytics: Manage and track key workforce data, including Performing Headcount (HC) costings and variance analysis for budget planning Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on key organizational metrics and objectives (OKR/KPI) to measure the success of the workforce Process Audit & Governance: Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes to ensure data integrity and adherence to internal policies Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, and cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects HR AI Champion: Act as a departmental AI champion, collaborating with the team to identify, test, and implement new technologies and AI-driven solutions to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Min. 4 years of experience in a project or analytical role Analytical Proficiency: Strong capability in analytical skills with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel Having coding skills is an advantage.
