Your new role As the head of service delivery and program management, you will oversee customer success strategies, lead key project implementation across infrastructure and connectivity portfolios, and manage a high-performing operations team. You&aposll also handle service escalations, ensure SLA compliance, and drive continuous improvement across project execution and client satisfaction. What you&aposll need to succeed Minimum 15 years of experience in service management or technical program delivery, with at least 10 years in a leadership capacity. Proven track record in customer success, stakeholder management, and telecommunications infrastructure projects. Strong commercial awareness with experience managing SLAs, change initiatives, and complex client contracts.
