Leading Telco Infrastructure Provider (Sarawak) Your new company You&aposll be joining a leading telecommunications infrastructure provider in East Malaysia that plays a pivotal role in driving regional digital connectivity. With a strong portfolio of fiber optics, towers, and rural connectivity solutions, the company continues to expand its service offerings and national footprint. Your new role As the head of service delivery and program management, you will oversee customer success strategies, lead key project implementation across infrastructure and connectivity portfolios, and manage a high-performing operations team. You&aposll also handle service escalations, ensure SLA compliance, and drive continuous improvement across project execution and client satisfaction. What you&aposll need to succeed Minimum 15 years of experience in service management or technical program delivery, with at least 10 years in a leadership capacity. Proven track record in customer success, stakeholder management, and telecommunications infrastructure projects. Strong commercial awareness with experience managing SLAs, change initiatives, and complex client contracts.
