Our specialization includes Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Shipping Documentation, Change Management, Data Security, and Business Information.Position Summary:The iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the organization’s integration architecture across our major platforms, including SAP, Workday, M365 and other applications. This role ensures seamless connectivity between applications, data sources, and business processes across on-premises and cloud environments, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the enterprise integration strategy using iPaaS platforms, and design integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, batch, streaming) to support business objectives using iPaaS platforms.
Lead the design and delivery of integrations between SaaS, PaaS, on-premises, and legacy systems, using low-code systems to enable greater agility and engagement with business users, while ensuring governance and guiderails
Launch an iPaaS programme for the group, including developing a centre-of-excellence, including the first few use cases.
Be the business facing solution architect, to identify use cases which deliver a positive return on investment for the business and to see through the change management and transformation.
Act as the subject matter expert for iPaaS technologies during vendor evaluations, POCs, and RFPs.

Required Skills & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience deploying multiple integration solutions on an iPaaS, involving multiple systems eg. SAP, Workday, M365
7+ years in integration architecture, middleware, or API development, with experience in deploying low-code solutions, in large enterprises.
3+ years with leading iPaaS platforms such as SAP BTP, Boomi and Workato.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), event-driven integration, and microservices.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration services.
