- Assisting in liaison with the Client to identify on the needs, quality, deadlines and deliverables for the project.
- Review and prepare Sub-consultants / Specialist's / vendors' interim payment certificates.
- Assist the Contract Manager and the Project Manager in reviewing contract administration matters.
- To assist in liaison and coordinate with Client, Sub-consultants and Finance Department on billing submissions and payments.
- Assist in preparing Management Papers/ LOA for contract with Sub-consultants, direct (internal) consultants and vendors for project office operations.
- Play supportive roles to the Project Coordinators in their undertaking in coordination of their Work Package.
- Preparation and compilation of documentation and facts, and, financial computation for notification and submission of (appeal) additional fee to Client.
- Formal Education : BSc Quantity Surveying or BSc Engineering
- Work Experience : Min 2 Years
- Skill/Knowledge/Qualifications: Microsoft Office ( Works, Excel, Powerpoint)
