Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related discipline 8+ years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in ERP or enterprise system implementations Hands-on experience in at least two SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations (PP, QM, IM/WM, PM modules), preferably in manufacturing Experience with SAP BTP/Integration Suite, supporting integration testing, validation, and issue resolution Experience supporting MES and/or other manufacturing integrations Experience in SI-led delivery models through build, test, and deployment phases Strong experience in SIT, UAT, and defect management Experience supporting data migration validation and reporting Understanding of manufacturing processes: Production, Quality, Inventory/Warehouse, Maintenance Preferred: Experience in continuous or process manufacturing industries Exposure to MES or other manufacturing applications in integrated environments Key Capabilities & Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Customer and business-focused mindset Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication Attention to detail and documentation quality Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment Confident, collaborative, and able to challenge constructively Self-motivated, delivery-focused, and resilient under pressure
