Assist in designing and implementing data pipelines and analytics systems for tracking and analysing digital ADEX.
Develop models and dashboards to monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and media spend efficiency.
Support the integration of data from multiple sources including programmatic platforms, social media, and Astro’s proprietary systems.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in digital advertising.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
Maintain and optimize data infrastructure using modern tools and cloud platforms.
Document processes and contribute to the development of data science best practices within the team.

REQUIREMENTS:Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a data science or analytics role, preferably in digital media, advertising, or marketing technology.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt).
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Trade Desk) and campaign analytics.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning fundamentals, and data modeling.
Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with digital ADEX datasets or media spend tracking tools.
Knowledge of marketing attribution models and media mix modeling.
Exposure to MLOps and model deployment practices.
Familiarity with Astro’s digital ecosystem or Malaysian media landscape is a plus.
