Job Summary: Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the MD, ensuring smooth workflow, effective communication, and efficient management of daily priorities. Key Responsibilities: Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate and follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines on behalf of the MD. Act as a point of contact between the MD, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Assist in organizing meetings, events, and business trips. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Conduct research and provide briefing materials for meetings and business decisions. Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required. Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior management or MD/CEO. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity. Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools.
