- Plan and manage paid and organic social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with key campaigns, launches, and seasonal activities across Property, Retail, and Leisure segments.
- Work closely with content and design teams to brief, review, and publish engaging social content.
- Drive performance based on set KPIs, including number of likes, shares, comments, views, CTR, and engagement rate.
- Monitor and analyze post and campaign-level performance, providing monthly reports and actionable optimizations to meet targets.
- Plan and execute media strategies (digital, social, print, radio, OOH) to support across property development, sales campaigns, retail and leisure campaigns in driving awareness, footfall and lead generation.
- Liaise with appointed media agencies and media owners to execute and optimize media buys and ensure timely campaign rollouts.
- Negotiate with media owners and agencies for added value (bonus ads, editorial coverage, premium placements).
- Analyze media and campaign performance; provide clear insights and recommendations to improve ROI and cost-efficiency. • Manage and monitor Advertising & Promotions (A&P) budget, ensuring efficient spend, compliance, and cost-saving opportunities via bundling or in-house media asset usage.
- Work with finance and internal teams to prepare budget forecasts, track spends and reconcile costs.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives such as media bundling, strategic buying, and own asset investment planning.
- Maintain up-to-date records of media contracts, A&P budgets, campaign timelines, and proof-of performance.
- Ensure that all media activities adhere to brand guidelines, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Support media audits and procurement processes when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 4–6 years’ experience in media planning, social media management, or integrated marketing (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta, Google, Programmatic) and social analytics tools.
- Familiarity with traditional media (print, radio, OOH, TV) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in property, retail, or lifestyle industries is preferred
