Working pattern & location: Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days) Working location : 1666, Lorong Perusahaan Maju 8, Kawasan Perusahaan Perai, 13600 Perai Pulau Pinang Job Descriptions: Responsible for daily Sorting Centre operations, including physical processes, mainly receiving, sorting, and outbound activities Involved in scheduling, staffing, workflow management, and monitoring of key performance metrics Manage multiple stakeholders by coordinating with the manpower provider, and internal operations teams Ensure operations meet targeted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through general management, while demonstrating problem-solving and employee coaching/training skills where necessary Provide daily data reports and identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks and enhance team efficiency Requirements: SPM or Diploma in the related fields. Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to promote collaboration and teamwork across departments and stakeholders Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is encouraged
