  • Ferry and send personnel from one destination to another.
  • Company vehicle administration (insurance, road tax including regular maintenance & cleaning)
  • Deliver and collection of office documents when needed
  • Perform simple office administration tasks like franking of mails, filing and recording of data – annual leave, company bills, etc.
  • Ensure of cleanliness of factory area (Front office until QC and Logistics Office and DM Factory)
  • Ensure cleanliness company Bungalow and Foreign Worker hostel on monthly basis inspection
  • Monitor pantries monthly sundry purchase & drinking water consumption
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
  • Comply with applicable environmental & safety laws and regulations
  • Be aware of any significant safety and environmental aspects associated with their work and work area including proper handling of scheduled wastes; unsafe act /conditions
  • Refrain from participating in operations that are unhealthy, unsafe, noncompliant; and
  • Question and report operations observed to be unhealthy, unsafe, noncompliant, or damaging to the environment.
  • At least SPM and valid Motorcycle and Car License.
  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • Familiar with roads
  • Good driving record
  • Experience in routes planning
Willing to work overtime and weekends
  • Pleasant Personality
