Job Title: SAP Technical Lead Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Overview We are supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced SAP Technical Lead to take ownership of their technical SAP landscape. This is a key role responsible for ensuring system stability, performance, and security, while driving high-quality technical delivery across a complex enterprise environment. You will play a hands-on leadership role, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing SAP solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP technical delivery across development, system administration, and security domains Ensure the stability, performance, and security of SAP platforms and integrated systems Deliver technical design, development, and troubleshooting for complex solutions Act as the escalation point for critical technical and production issues Oversee development standards, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices Manage system landscapes, including transports, upgrades, and release cycles Maintain and enhance system security, access controls, and compliance frameworks Monitor system performance and ensure robust incident and recovery processes Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Review and govern third-party vendor deliverables and technical designs Drive continuous improvement, automation, and optimisation initiatives Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP technical roles Strong experience across development, system administration, and security Proven ability to lead or mentor technical teams Hands-on experience in technical design, development, and debugging Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and middleware Experience supporting audits, compliance, and access control frameworks Ability to manage complex technical environments and stakeholders effectively Additional Information Location: Flexible / Hybrid working available Employment Type: Permanent
