- Assist the Accounting Manager in overseeing daily accounting operations
- Assist in supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff
- Leading the month end closing process
- Prepare, review and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
- Preparation of yearly budget and financial forecasting
- Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants and company secretary on audit, taxation and secretary matters
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, tax regulations and internal policies
- Any other related accounting functions
- In charge and assist in other ad-hoc assignments
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, MIA or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Minimum 4-5 years of accounting experience, preferably with supervisory experience
- Ability to deliver and meet the tight deadlines
- Required skill(s): SAP System, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Chart
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to speak & write in Chinese is required to communicate with China HQ Team
- Able to commence work immediately would be an advantage
