Tanggungjawab

Accountable for the order entry, recording and follow-up
Responsible for proper filing and maintenance of all customer orders
Assist in liaising with the Production Department on customer orders for production planning and scheduling purposes
Assist with customer sample requests and delivery arrangements
Communicate with the customer on the sample and PO delivery schedule & changes (if any)
Schedule ETA date and book shipment with forwarder or transportation company
Coordinate insurance claim process
Assist Account Department in follow-up long overdue payments
Responsible for checking shipment quotations
Participating in periodical internal and external warehouse stock take
Ensure the department KPI values are met (Senior)
maintaining department KPI values (Junior)
