- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience (recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, etc.).
- Well-versed in Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong communication and writing skills in both English and 中文(MUST understand); proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong coordination and communication skills, able to work independently.
- Develop annual/quarterly recruitment plans and forecast manpower needs in line with the company's business growth.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, candidate communication, and offer issuance.
- Build and maintain a talent pool, expand recruitment channels, and improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.
- Draft, review, and manage employment-related documents (offer letters, confirmation letters, contracts, resignation documents, etc.).
- Oversee probation evaluations, confirmations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Handle employee relations matters, resolve conflicts or grievances promptly, and foster a positive and harmonious workplace.
- Organize employee satisfaction surveys and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in developing training plans and coordinate internal or external training programs to enhance employees' skills.
- Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation to instill company culture.
- Monitor training effectiveness and support employee career growth and performance improvement.
- Assist in establishing and optimizing performance appraisal systems (e.g., KPIs, sales incentive schemes).
- Monitor performance evaluation processes and provide HR data and analytical reports to support management decisions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of employee incentive and reward programs.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee the implementation of HR policies, including annual leave, sick leave, paternity leave, attendance, and leave applications.
- Ensure proper acknowledgment and compliance of HR documents by employees.
- Manage attendance, leave, and approval processes using DingTalk or other HR systems to streamline operations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR data.
- Provide HR reports and data analysis to support management's strategic planning.
