- General inquiries which address general questions about AIG’s services and product
- Commercial lines of business handling that require in depth understanding and explanation towards Customer in form of presentation or meetings
- Trainer on both soft skill/ product knowledge - train, update or refresh business partners on the changes, Product, mind mapping, cross selling, etc
- As a key person between partners and underwriter, guiding and sharing the functionality of our system
- Recruit more partners to offer AIG products to customers
- Key person servicing Puchong agency so the current manager can concentrate on Kajang branch agency
- focus to drive the existing agent and recruit new agent to make the branch as RM5mil branch in 2 years time
- manned the physical branch on rotation
- as part of succession planning as currently we rely on only 1 manager handling 2 branches and the manager is at age of 50s. Hoping to turn this executive to manager in 5 years time
- most of the producer in Puchong branch are from life division and adding with the strict competition in amongst general insurer, more coordination, bonding, communication, guidance and assistance is required. Hence, relying on 1 resource handling 2 branch is not possible
- coordinator to execute the activities organize by HQ
- Responsible and passion to learn and explore new things
- Having exposure in sales / marketing with good communication skill
