Key Responsibilities:Carry out daily preventive maintenance tasks assigned by the superior/Manager.Perform troubleshooting, repair and servicing for: Electrical and lighting systems, Roller shutters & dock levellers, Air-conditioning systems, Civil works (tiling, painting, minor carpentry), Plumbing and sanitary systemsAssist in troubleshooting and corrective works.Support/assist contractors/vendors during on-site works.Record and update daily maintenance checklists and job completion reports.Follow safety procedures and company standards during all maintenance activities.Perform any maintenance-related tasks assigned by superior, including office arrangement, office repair, and general facility upkeep.Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventoryRequirements:Minimum 3-5 years' experience in building or facility maintenance.Certificate in Aircond is (Advantage)Strong technical knowledge in electrical, air-conditioning, roller shutters, plumbing, and general facilities.Hands-on, hardworking, and willing to learn.Able to work both independently and in a team.Physically fit and able to work in various environments.Pro-active and strong problem-solving mindset.Communicate and coordinate between internal or external parties.
