Lead external talent acquisition activities and fulfill vacancies according to Hi-P talent strategy and recruitment requests. Manage and improve recruitment policy, process, tool, channels to ensure cost effectiveness and operation efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the search of candidates for critical business positions at senior level, by interacting with potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and engaging external talents to build talents pipeline. Deliver strategic talent recruitment projects to fulfill Hi-P talent pool according to talent strategy. Support the reward policy/program design with insights of external market, to ensure attractiveness in talent market. Manage and develop overall recruiting policy, procedure, tool, system, channels to improve cost effectiveness and recruitment operation efficiency. Initiate industry talent mapping and able to network with key talents with high engagement. Enhance Hi-P brand in its industry and community. REQUIREMENT Hunter Background: 10+ years in executive search or corporate TA, with 3+ years leading teams in high-volume, niche talent environments (manufacturing/engineering preferred). Sourcing Expertise: Proven success in sourcing passive candidates via social media, search tools, and industry networks. Analytical Agility: Expertise in assessing global talent markets, industry trends and competitor strategies, with the ability to identify key talent pools and make informed hiring decisions. Global Mindset: Experience hiring across India, Thailand, Malaysia, China, and Vietnam; familiarity with labor markets in multiple countries is a plus.
