We are seeking a highly driven and commercially astute Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of finance functions. The ideal candidate must possess a professional accounting qualification (ACCA) with a strong audit background and 2-3 years of commercial finance experience. This role will support strategic decision-making, ensure financial integrity, and drive financial performance across the organisation. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Management & Reporting Prepare and manage a full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing. Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with MFRS/IFRS and statutory requirements. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Provide variance analysis and financial insights to support business decisions. 2. Commercial & Business Support Assist in evaluating financial performance and profitability with business units. Analyse cost structures and recommend efficiency improvements. Support in margin analysis. Monitor cash flow. 3. Audit & Compliance Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and corporate governance requirements. Support the strengthening of internal controls and financial policies. Lead audit processes and ensure timely audit completion. 4. Team & Process Management Supervise and mentor finance team members (if applicable). Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SOPs. Requirements Professional qualification: ACCA (completed). Minimum 2-3 years of commercial experience in a finance role. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and taxation. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills with commercial mindset. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Attributes Experience in a fast-paced or growing organisation. Experience in Autocount Accounting System implementation or enhancement. Leadership or supervisory experience. Prior experience in external audit (Big 4 or mid-tier firm preferred).
