OTC Specialist (Korean & Mandarin Speaker)

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Handle customer inquiries and disputes efficiently to maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements in the accounting workflow.
• Utilize Korean and Mandarin language skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 4), Mandarin, and English languages, both written and spoken.
• Min 1 year experience in OTC/AR
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles, particularly in accounts receivable.
• Degree or diploma in related field
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with financial software and systems is an advantage
