Job Description Support Assistant Director in developing, managing, and implementing programs, digital and social media strategy, as well as media landscape research for Sunway Medical Centre (SMC) - to drive brand awareness, increase share of voice, customer engagement, and revenue growth, as per work plan. Responsible for SMC's website development, content calendar planning, content direction and ideation for social media pages - Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, XHS. Work closely with stakeholders to develop websites and manage social media pages for SMC's Centres of Excellence (CoE) based on best practices. Understand what content resonates best and identify areas for improvement. Incorporate emerging technologies and industry trends into operations and digital initiatives. Supervise and manage team&aposs daily workflow, assign workload, and monitor deadlines as well as budgets. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality output for all digital assets. Liaise with vendors for project deliverables, campaign optimisation strategy and pricing negotiation. Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) , including but not limited to grow, scale and optimise SMC's websites with SEO strategy to elevate presence online. Also, optimisation strategy for recruitment, and lead generation campaigns for e-store and enquiries. Prepare monthly digital marketing report for key meetings, which includes share of voice (competitor analysis), ads campaigns and social media content performance, web trending, project status and WIP Job Requirement At least a Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, IT or related field Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing Strong knowledge in goal setting, strategic and tactical media planning; content ideation and management; digital marketing strategy, optimisation and analytics; community management, social listening and crisis management - to drive traffic, reach, engagement and leads. Possess solid experience and competent in project and workflow management; agency or vendor or partner management; web development and traffic optimisation for brands. Proactive in initiating creative and business building ideas. Able to demonstrate as a good communicator to stakeholders, leadership skill and people management skill in the workplace. Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Flexible and open to feedback and comment. Familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and project management tools e.g. Asana, ClickUp, Trello preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
