Job Responsibilities: Serve as the primary communication bridge between the central management team and local production operations. Ensure accurate interpretation and execution of production requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines, while providing regular progress updates. Translate production plans into actionable tasks, allocate resources efficiently, track progress across all stages, and ensure timely completion of production targets with adherence to quality standards. Supervise and guide frontline staff by assigning tasks, optimizing shift schedules and workflows, addressing on-site challenges, and driving continuous improvements in production efficiency. Work closely with departments such as Warehouse and Quality Assurance to ensure seamless material supply, uphold product quality, and maintain compliance with local regulations and customer expectations. Qualifications: Strong understanding of manufacturing environments, with proven conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software (e.g., SAP PP module), as well as strong data analysis capabilities.
