Provide technical advice and client servicing, account handling and growing existing client portfolios with limited supervision from your reporting manager.
Assist in identifying evolving client challenges and in tailoring solutions that will meet client's needs.
Build entrenched business relationships with clients and business partners.
Develop the understanding and insights on various client industries.
Work with (re)insurers to develop relevant insurance solutions as client's advocate.
Develop ability to coordinate & provide technical support to colleagues on claims handling and management.
Assist the manager in execution of marketing plans to generate new business.
Work as team to ensure timely reporting and the regular and proper filing of records as per the Company's operation policies.
Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure the agreed service deliverables are met or exceeded.
Responsible to provide timely support and assistance on assigned tasks / projects as required by your reporting manager.
Must be willing to travel nationwide and within the region as when required basis.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.
Preferably a minimum 2 years of working experience in the insurance industry.
Proven ability in client relationship management.
Good understanding and experience in Microsoft Office applications.
Proactive team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
