Project Management - Oversee web development, landing page creation, and banner design projects. Campaign Servicing - Provide client support for SEO and Performance Marketing (Google Ads & Facebook Ads). Communication & Reporting - Maintain regular client contact and deliver periodic feedback throughout campaigns. Presentation & Strategy - Present campaign ideas, progress reports, and performance analytics to enhance client satisfaction. Cross-Department Collaboration - Work with internal teams to understand client needs and develop campaigns within budget. Problem Resolution - Negotiate solutions, resolve issues, and ensure project deadlines are met. What You Bring: Education - Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Administration or Diploma with 3+ years client servicing experience. Industry Experience - Background in digital marketing or similar industry preferred. Project Management - Proven experience with strong attention to detail and deadline management. Communication Skills - Excellent English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin required for client management. Technical Proficiency - Microsoft Office applications and understanding of marketing trends.
