MohonKelayakanTo coordinate, monitor, and ensure smooth execution of Facilities Management (FM) tasks, contract compliance, and administrative processes within the organization.- Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, or related field.- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in administration, facilities management, or project coordination.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Good communication and reporting skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Willingness to travel or work on weekends when required.- Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.Tanggungjawab- Handle technician vehicle problems.- Prepare material requests as required by the purchaser.- Renew road tax and insurance.- Check workshop status and order stock if necessary.- Check and follow up on vehicle summons.- Inspect hostel and vehicles.- Handle vehicle accidents and GPS matters.- Attend to FM tasks on Saturdays.Manfaat
