- Drive sales and business development for steel construction solutions
- Identify, develop, and manage key customer accounts including developers, contractors, and sub‑contractors
- Support project sales by engaging architects, engineers, and project owners to secure product specifications
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales proposals
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular site and office visits
- Provide technical and commercial support to meet project and client requirements
- Resolve client issues in coordination with internal teams
- Gather and analyse market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management
- Track and manage project opportunities using CRM or sales tracking systems
- Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within construction or building materials
- Strong existing relationships with architects and C&S consulting firms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
- Goal‑oriented, proactive, and results‑driven mindset
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions
- Valid driving licence and own transport
