- Lead and manage overall branch operations, with full accountability for revenue, profitability, and cost control.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth across sales, service, and aftermarket segments.
- Set and monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Drive sales growth and market expansion across key industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop key accounts, and strengthen relationships with major clients and partners.
- Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and tender submissions to secure profitable business.
- Ensure efficient delivery of after-sales service, maintenance, and technical support to meet customer expectations.
- Oversee operational processes including service execution, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement in productivity, turnaround time, and service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across sales, service, and support functions.
- Build a strong performance-driven culture with clear accountability and continuous development.
- Manage workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning within the branch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Act as the primary representative of the business in East Malaysia, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional and headquarters teams to align on strategy and execution.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold strong governance practices across all branch operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in industrial sales, service, or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing P&L and branch operations, preferably within industrial equipment, engineering, or related sectors.
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Solid understanding of industrial products, aftermarket services, and customer requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in performance management and operational improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Results-driven, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to be based in East Malaysia and travel frequently within the region.
