Perform manual PCB assembly and hand soldering in accordance with IPC Class II standards.
Assemble through-hole (THT) components for wave soldering processes.
Conduct PCBA inspections using optical inspection systems based on predefined criteria.
Accurately document inspection results and findings.
Carry out rework and repair of PCBAs and components as required.

Minimum SPM qualification or a certificate in any related field.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Proven experience in PCB assembly and hand soldering.
IPC Certification Class II or higher (e.g., IPC7711/7721) is an added advantage.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions accurately.
Strong awareness of quality standards and attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Willingness and ability to work shifts when required.
