- Oversee day-to-day operations of SunriseClick’s Shopify stores and regional marketplaces
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory sync, and order flows
- Monitor site health: checkout, payment gateways, shipping rules, and fulfillment logic
- Support launch and scaling of new country stores and marketplaces
- Support and manage Shopify Plus features, including:
- Discounts & promotions (automatic discounts, bundles, BOGO, free gifts)
- Product variants, metafields, and collections
- Store duplication and regional configuration
- Coordinate with developers and agencies for:
- UI/UX improvements
- Feature enhancements
- Bug fixes and performance optimization
- Assist in managing key marketplaces (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Decathlon, Zalora)
- Ensure alignment between Shopify and marketplace:
- Pricing parity
- Inventory accuracy
- Promotion mechanics
- Support SKU onboarding, mass updates, and operational compliance
- Execute and QA campaigns such as:
- 11.11, 12.12, Christmas, CNY, mid-year sales and others within website or/and marketplace platforms
- Coordinate with Marketing to ensure:
- Campaign mechanics are correctly implemented
- Promotions do not break ERP or fulfillment flows
- Validate post-campaign reporting and promo effectiveness
- Track and analyze core KPIs:
- Traffic, Conversion Rate (CR), AOV, Revenue
- New vs Returning Customers
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries
- Assist in building revenue logic models (Traffic × CR × AOV)
- Highlight risks, gaps, and opportunities to management
- Act as a key coordinator between:
- Operations & Warehouse
- Customer Service
- Marketing
- Finance & ERP teams
- Support SOP creation and process improvements
- Ensure timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are clearly followed
- Guide and support junior team members and executives
- Ensure SOPs are followed and continuously improved
- Act as escalation support for operational or system issues
- Step in as acting lead when required by the Head of E-Commerce
- 4–6 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Commerce, Marketplace Operations
- Strong experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus (hands-on, not just conceptual)
- Experience operating across multi-country or regional e-commerce setups is highly preferred
- Exposure to performance marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or marketplace ads is a strong advantage
- Ability to understand and interpret key paid media metrics:
- ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate
- Work closely with Marketing teams or agencies to:
- Validate tracking (pixels, events, conversions)
- Align campaign mechanics with on-site promotions
- Provide operational inputs for paid traffic campaigns
- Support performance reviews by linking traffic quality → conversion → revenue outcomes
- Strong operational and execution mindset
- Comfortable working with:
- Large SKU counts
- Complex promotions
- Inventory & ERP-linked systems
- Data-driven with solid Excel / Google Sheets capability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Shopify Admin & Discount Engine
- Marketplace seller centers
- ERP / WMS integrations
- E-commerce analytics (GA, platform reports, dashboards)
- Smooth execution of campaigns with minimal operational errors
- Improved conversion, AOV, or operational efficiency
- Reduction in manual work through better processes and tools
- Timely and accurate reporting to management
- Strong cross-team collaboration and execution reliability
- Achievement of performance targets and KPIs, including but not limited to:
- Revenue and growth targets
- Campaign and promotional objectives
- Operational efficiency benchmarks
- Regional or group-level strategic priorities
