- Identifying new opportunities and creating sales assessments within the assigned sales regions. Understand the market dynamics, formulating a clear go to market strategy in the area of coverage
- Monitor and report on customer preferences, competitor actions and market trends to help shape the sales strategy
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Team to understand product capabilities and effectively communicate technical information to customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to customers
- Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and agreements with customers and strategic partners.
- Meet and exceed sales targets agreed upon with Management and actively open and develop new accounts.
- Work with Marketing and Product team to develop new products, solutions and services for business growth
