Job Category: Digital / Information TechnologyJob Description:Job PurposeThe Senior Vice President of Business Delivery and Operations (Tech) is a key executive responsible for the end-to-end service delivery excellence, client implementations, and operational functions. This role owns operational performance, delivery governance, resource optimisation, and customer outcomes, whilst ensuring scalability, operational margins, and alignment with overall NXT corporate strategy. The SVP partners closely with Business Development teams, Product, Solutions & Engineering, UI/UX, Legal, HR, and Finance teams across UEM Edgenta and NXT to convert commercial commitments into predictable, high-quality execution.Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership across the end-to-end project lifecycle - from planning and execution to quality assurance, client acceptance, and operational transition - ensuring seamless and sustainable handover to support teams.
  • Establish and institutionalize standardized delivery frameworks, PMO governance structures, and operational KPIs across all programs and accounts to drive consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure disciplined execution with consistent on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery while upholding exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
  • Champion data-driven performance management by embedding transparency and analytics into delivery operations to optimize margins, resource utilization, and cost efficiency across projects and managed services.
  • Own overall delivery P&L performance, including margin optimization, capacity planning, revenue realization, and forecasting in close collaboration with Finance and Go-To-Market/Business Development teams.
  • Identify and mitigate operational, contractual, commercial, and execution risks that may impact timelines, quality, financial outcomes, or client relationships.
  • Cultivate strong executive-level relationships with clients and strategic partners, ensuring effective communication, governance, contractual compliance, and joint risk management.
  • Design and operationalize scalable delivery models to support business expansion, multi-country operations, and complex enterprise-level programs.
  • Implement structured feedback loops across delivery teams and customers to continuously enhance service quality, product-market alignment, and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive process maturity, automation, and innovation initiatives by adopting modern delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps, hybrid models) to enhance speed, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related fields.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in Program and/or Project Delivery leadership roles, preferably within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum/Agile are highly advantageous. Cloud-related certifications are an added advantage.
