  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and data entry procedures.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level experience is acceptable.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including managing correspondence, handling phone calls.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining organized and up-to-date records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, preparing payment vouchers, and reconciling bank statements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for both administrative and accounting records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements by gathering relevant data and performing preliminary analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll by collecting employee attendance data and calculating overtime hours.
  • Handle petty cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and reconcile the petty cash fund regularly.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English, Bahasa Malaysia to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
