Store Supervisor / Assistant

• Secondary School/SPM/O-Level in any field.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
• At least 3 years working experience in similar position, especially in a Food & Beverage manufacturing plant.
• Familiarity with ERP inventory software is an added advantage.
• Good Command of IT knowledge.
• Hardworking team player and capable to follow procedures competently.
• Responsible and cooperation with other department.
• Excellent Leadership and Communication skills.

• Responsible for the overall day-to-day warehouse operations on receiving, storage, verification of expired dates of goods, issuance, and delivery of goods as per schedule.
• To release outgoing goods in the correct item and quantity to production and logistics according to raw material requisition form and customer DO.
• To arrange and store goods in the correct location racks / designated storage area.
• To be responsible for loading and unloading works on incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse based on FIFO and FEFO methods.
• Maintain up-to-date stock records.
• To practice regular stock checks to ensure the physical stock quantity tallies with updated stock records in the ERP Inventory System and month-end stock count activities.
• To keep warehouse cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
• Ensuring all activities undertaken to comply with safety eruels and applicable FSMS & GMP quality standards.
