- Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien preferred and Malay; English is an advantage
- Transport: Must have own transport (car or motorcycle)
- Personality & Traits: Energetic, proactive, problem-solver, responsible, trustworthy, disciplined
- Work Style: Able to work independently with minimal supervision, strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Experience: Prior experience as a personal assistant, admin, or operations support is an advantage
- Assist employer with daily tasks, scheduling, and appointments
- Manage calls, messages, and correspondence professionally
- Prepare reports, documents, and simple presentations when needed
- Run errands, including banking, bill payments, purchases, and official submissions
- Handle basic office/household management tasks
- Support in business operations (documents, quotations, coordination with suppliers/customers)
- Drive employer to meetings, sites, or appointments when required
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of items or documents
- Maintain travel schedules efficiently.
- Handle unexpected situations and provide practical solutions
- Act as liaison with external parties (contractors, agencies, suppliers, government departments, etc.)
- Assist in project coordination and follow-ups
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Maintain professionalism and loyalty at all times
