Quality Assurance

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in QA or software testing (Outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Familiar with common types of testing (unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing)
• Proficient with testing tools such as Postman, JIRA, Selenium, Katalon, Jest, Cypress, etc.
• Understanding of API testing, log analysis, and basic SQL error troubleshooting
• Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to provide effective feedback and drive issue resolution
• Good English reading and writing skills, able to comprehend technical documentation

• Experience in building automation testing frameworks and integrating with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiar with platforms such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, TestRail, and Allure
• Experience in project management or large-scale testing projects
• Capable of participating in code reviews or providing testing input during the design phase

• A strong sense of responsibility and execution; ownership mindset to push testing forward
• Keen attention to detail; able to identify hidden or subtle issues
• Effective cross-functional communication skills; able to close bugs efficiently
• Product-thinking mindset; able to design tests from the user's perspective and requirements

• Perform manual testing, including functionality, UI and compatibility tests
• Develop or maintain basic automated test scripts (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Jest)
• Design test plans and create clear test cases for execution
• Write test reports and log bugs using tools like JIRA
• Work closely with developers to reproduce, verify and retest issues
• Conduct regression testing after bug fixes or before releases
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Ensure all testing documentation (test cases, procedures, reports, etc.) is complete, accurate and traceable
