Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong Cloud and DevOps expertise to drive enterprise application development, modernization, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring end-to-end ownership across backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production support within regulated environments.Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications
  • Build and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices using modern backend technologies
  • Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
  • Architect and implement cloud-native solutions across AWS and/or Azure
  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment
  • Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Serverless Framework
  • Perform database design, optimization, and performance tuning
  • Ensure application security best practices (authentication, authorization, secure APIs)
  • Provide production support, including incident management and root cause analysis
  • Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and code reviews
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams

  • Azure: AKS, App Services, Azure SQL, Functions
  • CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
  • Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/ECS)
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Serverless Framework
Databases
  • Relational: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle
  • NoSQL: MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis
Tools & Methodologies
  • Git, JIRA, Confluence
  • Agile / Scrum delivery model
Nice to Have
  • Experience in Insurance, FinTech, or Payments domains
  • Exposure to microservices and serverless architectures
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Application Insights, CloudWatch)
