- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications
- Build and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices using modern backend technologies
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions across AWS and/or Azure
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Serverless Framework
- Perform database design, optimization, and performance tuning
- Ensure application security best practices (authentication, authorization, secure APIs)
- Provide production support, including incident management and root cause analysis
- Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and code reviews
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure (both preferred)

- CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/ECS)
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Serverless Framework
- Relational: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle
- NoSQL: MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis
- Git, JIRA, Confluence
- Agile / Scrum delivery model
- Experience in Insurance, FinTech, or Payments domains
- Exposure to microservices and serverless architectures
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Application Insights, CloudWatch)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with ownership attitude
- Ability to work in fast-paced, enterprise environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
