・Labor management: Handling employment contracts, salaries, benefits, working hours, and leave in compliance with labor laws and agreements. Establishing and maintaining labor conditions and rules, proposing solutions for labor disputes.
・Planning and implementing training and education: Developing training programs to enhance employee mind and capabilities. Organizing and evaluating training sessions. Providing necessary training and career development plans to support employee growth.
・Handling payroll task 150 employee/month
Salary 6000~8000 (MYR)

Requirements More than 5 years experience of HR Division(recruitment and training)
