Senior Project Executive / Mnc Client Servicing Manager

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in account management, marketing, events, retail activation, or design & build industry.
• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field.
• Experience managing brand activation projects (retail fixtures, kiosks, roadshows, exhibitions) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to manage tasks independently.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel and work outside office hours when required (for events/activations).
• Possess own transport and valid driving license (advantage for site visits/events).

• Knowledge of retail fixture production or event logistics.
• Existing client contacts within retail, IT, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience working with creative/design teams to bring concepts to life.

• Manage end-to-end project execution including briefing, proposals, timelines, budgeting, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams (design, production, and logistics) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Understand client needs and propose creative retail/activation solutions that align with brand objectives.
• Manage end-to-end site activities including setup, deployment, renovation work, and dismantling for retail activations, kiosks, and event structures.
• Monitor project performance, prepare reports, and provide post-activation insights.
• Work with the business development team to identify upselling opportunities and support new client acquisition.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.
