Chargeman, A4 (Iskandar Puteri, Johor)

• Execute Maintenance Tasks - Prepare and carry out work orders for corrective and scheduled maintenance of electrical systems.
• Maintain Electrical Systems - Oversee Low Voltage (LV) systems, lighting, earthing, generators, Extra Low Voltage (ELV), and UPS systems.
• Regular Inspections - Conduct routine checks on LV systems as per Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) regulations.
• Repair & Troubleshoot - Perform or supervise repairs and maintenance of LV electrical breakdowns.
• Ensure System Efficiency - Maintain electrical and mechanical installations, including power distribution, lighting, fire protection, air-conditioning, and water supply systems.
• Manage Standby Systems - Oversee standby generators, chiller plants, water pumps, and LV switch rooms.
• Safety & Security Compliance - Ensure the safety and security of all mechanical and electrical rooms.
• Monitor Building Services - Support smooth operation of essential building maintenance services.
• Follow Regulations - Adhere to industry standards and company policies in all maintenance activities.
• Additional Responsibilities - Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or company.

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a Class A4 Chargeman Certificate.
• At least 1 year in property or facilities management.
• Familiar with M&E systems for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed developments.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office.
