- You will be working on - DevOps - ALDON (automation of software deployment on AS400) - Silverlake - CASA - Time Deposits Your responsibility includes the following:
- Diagnose problems raised by level 2 support / service recovery
- Design, build and test secure code or configuration fixes to permanently resolve the problem raised
- Support SIT and UAT of code or configuration fixes
- Update application documentation to reflect the fix
- Prepare and test deployment plan, and seek approval for deployment from change control forum
- Provide or contribute to reports on incidents, problems, service requests and application changes
- Support deployment of fix. This is usually after business hours
- Perform root cause analysis for major incidents
- Provide or contribute to reports on incidents, problems, service requests and application changes
- Identify and design improvements to the application (e.g. to reduce technical debt)
- Escalate and track appropriate problems for software vendors to provide permanent fixes
- 3-5 years of experience
- Report Program Generator (RPG)
- Have done project based implementation in SDLC Work on Server/Database: AS400/DB2 OS: AS400
