• Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring production schedules to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Collaborate with production managers, supervisors, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
• Participate in the preparation and setup of production equipment and materials.
• Contribute to quality control processes by inspecting products for defects and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Aid in tracking inventory levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Learn and operate production machinery and tools under proper guidance and training.
• Help maintain a clean and organized production area, following safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Support the documentation of production processes, including recording observations and outcomes.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues and escalating complex problems to appropriate personnel.
• Contribute to team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and potential improvements.

• Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field).
