- Serve as the main liaison with developers and key stakeholders
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential property projects – both locally and overseas
- Drive and monitor sales performance for assigned projects
- Coordinate launch strategies, roadshows, exhibitions, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams and international offices to ensure brand and campaign consistency
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate project marketing
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and campaign execution
- Proven track record in delivering sales results and managing developer relationships
- Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
