Account Cum Admin Executive

• At least a diploma or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Knowledge of SST (Sales and Service Tax), SQL Accounting Software, and E-Invoicing will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Process and record daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial accuracy
• Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper financial records and filing systems.
• Manage administrative matters, including general office and HR-related tasks.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by direct superior and management from time to time.
