Through our regional group of companies, we serve more than 5 million customers with over US$ 10 billion in sum insured.ROLE OVERVIEW:We are looking for an AI & Automation Engineer to drive intelligent automation across our business and operational processes by leveraging AI, data analytics, and modern automation tools. This role focuses on applying AI practically and at scale to reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.You will work closely with operations, product, and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, build AI-enabled workflows, and transition successful pilots into production-ready solutions.WHAT YOU'LL DO:AI-Driven Automation & Process Optimisation

Identify, design, and develop scalable AI-enabled automation and machine learning (ML) models to streamline and optimise operational processes & workflows.
Build and support automation workflows using RPA, APIs, open source scripts, and low-code platforms to improve operations efficiency and performance.
Apply AI/ML techniques to automation use cases such as OCR, classification, prediction, anomaly detection, and decision support to minimise manual intervention and improve accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign and integrate AI/ML solutions into existing workflows and systems.
Participate in data pre-processing and model evaluation to ensure robust and effective solutions.

Requirements:WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AI automation, intelligent automation, data analytics, or related roles.
Proven experience applying AI in real operational or business environments, not just theoretical models.
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as RPA platforms, APIs, scripts, or low-code tools.
Practical exposure to AI/ML use cases including OCR, NLP, predictive analytics, or classification.
Ability to integrate data, AI, and automation into end-to-end workflows.
