Job Description Source and identify suitable sites for BSC Locker installations. Submit site proposals for management review and consideration. Act as the liaison between the management office/leasing team, landlords, and Lawyers. Ensure timely follow-ups when required. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to ensure the site is appropriate for locker placement. Attend site visits with contractors to generate a bill of quantities for quotations based on site requirements. Prepare Letter of Offer (LOO) and tenancy/license agreements in collaboration with the Legal team, and negotiate terms and conditions with stakeholders Requirements Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Facility Management, or equivalent, with 1-3 years of relevant experience (Experiences in Retail/Commercial Leasing or equivalent is an additional advantage). Basic understanding of property management and real estate practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Preferably has a good understanding of tenancy and license agreements. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and external vendors. Working location: Primarily based in Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley Has own transportation and willing to travel outstation when required
