Whether it's creating a presentation, managing a calendar, or supporting a key meeting, you’re always one step ahead — and ready to grow alongside senior leaders.Functions Available:Opportunities are available across the following teams:· Global Technology Services (GTS)· Finance· Customer Experience· Digital Marketing· Sales· Professional ServicesSuccessful candidates will be matched to roles based on skills, interests, and available openings.Key Responsibilities· Support day-to-day operations and project delivery using data, digital tools, and AI-enabled solutions within your assigned function· Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse data, identify patterns, and apply insights to solve real business problems· Assist in process improvement initiatives, including exploring opportunities for automation, AI augmentation, or smarter workflows· Participate in training sessions, workshops, and hands-on learning focused on technology, data, AI, and emerging digital capabilities· Apply technical, analytical, and business skills in real-world scenarios, with exposure to modern platforms, systems, and tools· Share and present learnings, insights, and project outcomes, including how data or AI-driven approaches supported results, at the end of the programmeYour qualification might also include:· Pursued a Data Science, Information System, Project Management, Mathematics, Management, Business related field· Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above· Active in extracurricular activities – student leadership roles, clubs, or volunteering experience is highly preferred· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work independently· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)· A professional attitude, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential mattersWhat are we all about?The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
