Description: We are seeking a Manager with strong technical depth across enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cloud native architecture, combined with proven engagement leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership. This role requires a professional who can lead multiple client engagements end-to-end, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in core technical domains such as virtualisation, identity platforms, storage, backup, DevOps/DevSecOps, and Kubernetes-based environments. You will be accountable for delivery quality, team performance, and client outcomes, while continuing to shape and grow the firm's technology risk and security capabilities. Responsibilities: Engagement & Project Management Lead multiple client engagements simultaneously (minimum of three), owning: Scope, timelines, and delivery plans Resource allocation and workload management Quality assurance of all deliverables Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and issues Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all engagements Stakeholder & Client Management Act as a primary point of contact for clients on assigned engagements Lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations, including senior stakeholder forums Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable, risk-based recommendations Technical Leadership & SME Role Act as a subject matter expert in core technical domains, providing guidance to: Project teams, Clients, Senior leadership Review and challenge technical assessments, designs, and recommendations Shape technical approaches, methodologies, and reusable assets Team Leadership & Development Coach and mentor Senior Associates and Associates, providing technical guidance and feedback Review work products and ensure adherence to firm standards Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture Practice Development Contribute to methodology development, thought leadership, and capability building Support proposals, scoping, and solution design activities Stay current with emerging technologies, regulatory expectations, and industry trends Skills & Attributes Strong delivery ownership and accountability mindset Ability to balance technical depth with commercial and delivery considerations Comfortable operating in complex, fast-paced, multi-client environments Confident, credible, and professional presence with clients High standards for quality, structure, and clarity Requirements: Education & Professional Qualifications Minimum a bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline Cloud Architecture & Security Certifications At least one active cloud platform certification in architecture and/or security, such as: Microsoft Azure: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert Microsoft 365 Messaging Administrator Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Microsoft Information Protection & Compliance Administrator AWS: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional), AWS Security - Specialty Google Cloud: Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Security Engineer Oracle Cloud: OCI Architect Professional, OCI Security Professional VMware - Data Center Virtualization (DCV) VMware - Network Virtualization VMware - Cloud Management and Automation CKA - Certified Kubernetes Administrator CKS - Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation Core Experience 6-10 years of relevant experience in Technology Risk, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or IT Advisory, preferably within consulting or regulated industries Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements (minimum of three engagements simultaneously) Strong track record of leading teams, managing workplans, and delivering high-quality outcomes under tight timelines Communication, Presentation & Stakeholder Management Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical and risk topics clearly to Senior management, Technology leadership and Risk, compliance, and governance stakeholders Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Confident in leading client meetings, workshops, and steering committee discussions Technical Expertise Demonstrated technical knowledge in several of the following areas: Infrastructure & Virtualisation Virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent) Hyper-converged Infrastructure Software Defined Network - VMware NSX-T Microsoft enterprise infrastructure: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and/or Microsoft 365) Storage, Backup & Resilience Enterprise storage architectures (SAN/NAS, object storage concepts)
