Why does this job exist and why is it critical Role Summary Responsible for managing and growing consumer business in Mobile & broadband via strategic relationships with Maxis Exclusive Partners. This role focuses on driving postpaid revenue, ensuring partner compliance with Maxis branding and sales requirement /strategies, and optimizing channel performance to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities Partner Relationship Management - Serve as primary liaison between Maxis and branded channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders Sales & Revenue Growth - Drive sales targets through partner channels, including Mobile Plans , FTTH, Wireless Broadband and value added services. Identified upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate on joint business plans. Performance Monitoring; Track and analyze partner performance (sales, inventory, customer acquisition) Provide training and support to enhance partner capabilities. Compliance & Brand Standards - Ensure partners adhere to Maxis' Branding , marketing and operational guidelines. Address non-compliance issues proactively. Market Intelligence - Gather competitor insights and market trends to refine strategies. Stakeholder Collaboration - Work with internal teams (RCM, Biz OP, GTM, Branded Management team) to execute partner initiatives. Requirements Bachelor&aposs degree in Business/Marketing or related filed 3+ years in account management, preferably in telcom/FMCG. Strong negotiation , communication and analytical skills.
